Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StepReward: Walk & Rewards (the "App"), developed and operated by RH Studio PK, an independent developer based in Pakistan ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

StepReward is a step-counter and walk-tracking rewards application, made available to users worldwide. The App reads your step activity from your device's step sensor and/or Android's Health Connect platform and converts eligible steps, daily check-ins, and admin-created step challenges into in-app points and coins. Points can also be earned by watching optional rewarded ads and referring other users. Points may be converted to a real virtual cash balance only at fixed, pre-set conversion rates — this conversion does not involve chance or randomness. Your cash balance may be redeemed, subject to manual review, as a gift-card code delivered to an email address you provide. The App also displays optional advertising.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher than 13. To request redemption of your virtual cash balance for any cash-equivalent reward, you must additionally be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration & Security

You may create an App account either by signing in with a valid Google account, or by registering with an email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each individual person may hold only one App account; creating or using multiple accounts for the same person is a violation of these Terms (see the Prohibited Conduct section). To help enforce this, our systems place a technical limit on the number of accounts that may be associated with a single physical device; attempting to exceed this limit, or otherwise circumvent it (for example, by using multiple devices to create multiple accounts for the same person), is also a violation of these Terms. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Virtual Points/Coins Disclaimer

Points and coins earned within the App are virtual items with no cash value on their own. They cannot be purchased with real money, sold, exchanged, or transferred outside the App, whether to another user or to any third party.

Points and coins may only be used within the App as designed (for example, to convert into your cash balance at the fixed rates we publish in the App). We reserve the right to adjust, reset, expire, or revoke points, coins, or virtual cash balances in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, a violation of these Terms, or a technical error, at our reasonable discretion.

Rewards & Redemption Terms

Points may be converted into your virtual cash balance only in the fixed amounts we make available in the App at any given time; each amount always converts to the exact same, pre-set cash value — there is no random or chance-based element to this conversion. Your virtual cash balance may then be redeemed, subject to the following:

• Redemptions are currently available as a gift-card code, redeemable with the brand(s) we make available at the time, delivered to the email address you provide when submitting your request.
• All redemption requests are manually reviewed and approved by RH Studio PK; redemptions are not instant or automatic.
• There is no guaranteed processing timeline, and payouts may be delayed for review, verification, or operational reasons.
• We reserve the right to deny, delay, or reverse any redemption request that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.
• Minimum redemption thresholds may apply and may change from time to time.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the email address and any other details you submit with a redemption request. RH Studio PK is not responsible for a redemption code that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information you provided.
• The redemption destinations we make available, and any related requirements, may change at any time and may vary depending on your country or region.

Referral Program Terms

Users may share a personal referral code to earn additional rewards when new users sign up using that code. Referral rewards are subject to the eligibility criteria in effect at the time of referral, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and will not be credited for referrals obtained through fraudulent means, including self-referral, fake accounts, or incentive schemes not authorized by us. To protect the integrity of the program, we may automatically decline referral rewards where the accounts involved appear to share the same device, the same network, or otherwise appear to be linked in a way suggestive of abuse (for example, mutual or circular referrals between two accounts).

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and not to assist any other person to:

• Manipulate or falsify step counts, including through GPS-spoofing tools, step-spoofing applications, emulators, bots, scripts, or any other automated or artificial means;
• Create or operate more than one account for the same person, or create fake or impersonated accounts, or attempt to circumvent our per-device account limits;
• Engage in any form of fraud, including submitting false redemption or payment details, or attempting to claim referral rewards obtained through prohibited means;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or attempt to bypass its security or reward-calculation mechanisms;
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

Violation of this section may result in forfeiture of points, coins, or virtual cash balance, denial of pending redemption requests, and immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Advertising Disclosure

The App displays optional rewarded ads and occasional app-open ads delivered through Google AdMob. Viewing ads may be required to unlock certain optional in-app rewards. Advertising content is provided by third-party advertising networks, and we do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of individual advertisements.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Step counts and activity data displayed in the App are estimates generated by your device's sensors and/or the Android Health Connect platform. They are not medical-grade measurements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and you should consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health or fitness concerns before beginning or changing any physical activity routine.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, text, software, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by RH Studio PK or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Termination & Suspension of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion, including discontinuation of the App. Upon termination, any unredeemed points, coins, or virtual cash balance may be forfeited, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that step tracking, reward calculations, or redemption processing will be accurate or free of technical error at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RH Studio PK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or virtual rewards, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of the amount you have redeemed through the App in the preceding six months, or a nominal amount, to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RH Studio PK and its developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via an in-app notice). Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
